back from AX! our cosplay group won a judge's award for our silly Castlevania skit! I'm so happy since we really just wanted the opportunity to perform together. My regular cosplay team is on break until next spring, so getting to also have fun with a new group has been really nice! I also got to perform at the arena my father used to be an engineer for, so I hope I did him justice! ☆ didn't get to see much of the con, but the masquerade was really the goal. Hopefully I can plan more skits soon, and I'll be working on some other friends' skit backgrounds later this year for their big competition entries too! ♡♡♡

my furoku arrived in the mail today!! ♡ I've wanted this kakan no madonna notebook for a while, and the seller was super sweet and included lots of yu watase postcards that I started crying when I saw the imadoki and ayashi no ceres ones! I'm going to treasure these so so much! ♡

mars special edition <3 I love the little panel so much. this manga saved my life when I was in school. oddly enough it was my history teacher who had confiscated it from another student in class, but since it was the end of the year, he gave it to me since he knew I liked reading manga?? but it's the sort of thing that makes you believe in random angels in the world, because there were a lot of things that were happening to me that I couldn't put into words until I read this manga and start to heal again. it's not a perfect manga but Kira and Rei's love gives me hope. <3

updated my background colors <3 going to read some more manga before getting today's writing. went to see adolescence of utena yesterday! I cried all over again haha. I think it was the perfect film to stop and reflect on things, especially with how much has happened in a short amount of time. for now, I'm trying to find a place where I can stay safe and happy.
